Shipping

As the alpinists our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we expect to deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: As our products are made to order, the order verification, quality check, production and packaging may take up 6–8 business days upon your order.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse/production to the destination. Once your product has been made just for you, International deliveries will take around 3–5 business days. Orders from Germany/Austria/Switzerland usually take between 1 and 4 days to arrive at their destination.

All our orders are sent with our delivery partner DHL. Customers outside of the EU & Switzerland are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.
